Co-owner and CEO
Ben has worn many hats in his life experience, as a heavy equipment operator, a welder/fitter, a production superintendent, refinery operator, a director of environmental services, a systems engineer, a commercial fisherman, and a farmer. A strong appreciation for what it takes to make a living and I hope that I can bring a smile and happiness as you celebrate your part of

Ronda has been involved with sales for many years and is a co founder of Dragonfly on Oasis. She currently wears two hats by working here and as an Activity Director, helping the elderly have fun and stay engaged with life. this fits very well with our vision of “The Circle of Life”.
